Open at the end of June, a 5 stars Gîte Rural in the Limousin, about 20 Km from Limoges.  Located in a small and typical village of Chabanne, along the lac de la Crouzille, in the Monts d’Ambazac.. 
The gîte is quite attractive! It is an old farm, completely renovated, with a capacity of 10 adults, or 8 adults and 6 kids, with multiple activities on site (heated pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, gym and sport room, pool house in an old restored “four à pain”, a game room for the kids, wifi and high speed internet, large screen plasma screen with satellite channels…

We have equipped the Gîte with all high standard facilities, including outside a heated pool, a court for “pétanque”, a basket ball area, a ping-pong area, a pool house in an old barn next to the pool, including a “four à pain” in activity, with outside large gas barbecue, plus all outside furniture…

Inside the mezzanine in the old barn includes a gym, with Jacuzzi (capacity 5 persons) and a sauna (capacity 4 persons), wifi-internet with computer station, a library, with game table, a tea room, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 3 bathrooms, a “game room” in the attic for the kids, a large screen plasma screen with all satellite TV, etc… The gîte is accredited for people with reduced mobility, has a inside parking for 5 cars and a garage for one vehicule. 
The local shops and supermarkets are located in Ambazac (7 km away).
